Our villa was built over 300 years ago following the principles of Santorinian architecture. The techniques of the old masters were guiding us during the design and reconstruction while we carefully added modern elements to create an unique atmosphere. The soft shapes of the built furniture organically fit into the scenery while materials like wood and marble are used to contrast the traditional white. Our color pallet reflects nature on Santorini by carrying the colors of the sky at sunset and the sea at dawn into the rooms.
A place is defined by its energy and the way we react to it. When building our villa we envisioned to create areas that would fit everyone’s desires. When inside, the sunrise paints the round shaped walls of the rooms in an ever-changing pallet of purple, orange and yellow. As the day progresses the continuous glittering of the sun reflecting in the sea will make you day dream until night sets in. Ultimately, when you realize that the sky above you is filled with millions of stars you will feel something special - and we believe this is the energy of the house.
Details matter - to us and to you. So lets find out what the villa has to offer.

The traditional village of Emporeio is located on the Southern part of Santorini overlooking the deep blue Aegean Sea. Its picturesque white-washed houses have been built around the medieval castle and the church of Holy Mary on the top of the hill, creating a uniquely cozy and laid back atmosphere surrounded by locals. While the priest is calling for prayer on Sunday, you can hear the goats descending from the mountain with their bells ringing gently.
Every day until midday, local farmers and fishermen come with their local produce and freshly caught fish to the main square of Emporeio. They offer local delicacies like small tomatoes, white eggplants and sweet melons as well as the daily catch. Within walking distance of the villa there is an excellent butcher, grocery store and bakery. By car or motorbike the black sandy beach of Perivolos can be reached in 5 min while the capital, Fira, lies 15 min away.
Santorini is shaped like a wonky croissant, and was once circular. Thousands of years ago a colossal volcanic eruption caused the centre of the island to sink, leaving a caldera.
Santorini’s most famous wines are its crisp dry whites and the amber-coloured dessert wine, Vinsanto. Both are made from the indigenous grape variety, Assyrtiko.
past + present
The islands history reaches deep into the past, with the archaeological site of Akrotiri displaying a city destroyed by the volcanic eruption of 1613 BC.
Walk the caldera edge and admire the views. Walks around Fira are spectacular, especially heading north to Firostefani and Imerovigli along the caldera-edge pathway.
